Vampifan's Derelict Commercial Building

One of my favourite buildings that Carl designed is the Derelict Commercial Building. What is so amazing about this model is that it is full of detail and most incredible of all, completely free to download.

Here is the front and one side of it. My figure of Vampifan is there to give you a sense of scale and size.

And here's the back and opposite side.

This is the ground floor interior with stairs leading up and a litter-strewn floor.

This is the interior view of the upper floor. Note the ladder leading up to the trapdoor in the roof in the bottom right corner of the photo.

Considering this is a free product, it should be in every gamers collection as it so usable in so many genres and settings.

This was was a pleasure to draw up and certainly you've done an absolutely inspiring build of it.

I just looked it up and this has been downloaded ( "purchased" ) by 1002 people thus far. So a big thanks to all of them for giving it at least the looksie. Glad you posted this today as we probably JUST broke that 1000 marker within the last couple days, heck of a coincidence.

Yup, just went thru the sales history, broke 1000 purchases yesterday (May 26).
