Does anyone have any suggestion, sources or examples for interior layouts for the MUCK 1 & 2 buildings? I just finished the derelict building and looking forward to a filling a game table.

Sorry for the delay RAY, been a busy week or so.
I highly recommend Shinto's suggestion. I often start with google image searches for "floorplans" and "blueprints" to get an idea. Layout a quick sketch and adjust sizes so there is a minimum of 30m in anyspace (used to be 1 inch I think, but the new stuff I try to do 30mm). I generally think from the ground floor, where is a my stair access going to be and wrap around that.
If you are doing shops with living overhead, the first floors are pretty easy. Shop room, store room, stairs. After that, I get p to the second floor and have to think how the hallway will allow connections to any separate rooms I want. I included a couple "planned" floors in the MUCK3 set. I think it would be a good idea to do some more and update the other two packs.

Thanks Carl, just finished Bakers and was going to use that as a model as well.

Yeah, I think Bakers has a good flow to it for a "template". The only difference would be the stair case from 2 to 3 (or 3 to 4). Keep the hallway along one side of the building and room up as available.
