Some time ago the now apparently defunct WorldWorks Games offered a range of cardstock spacecraft. I was wondering if that is something we could see from Stoelzel's Structures? A foamcore structure would be considerably sturdier than plain cardstock, although if you wanted to include curves or angles it would be much more complex. Perhaps the main structure could be built of foamcore, with some cardstock add-ons to break up the shape?

Something smaller than the "blue giant" and bigger than a cardstock fighter I'm presuming? It's an interesting idea. My current project, allbeit a slow moving one with so much time going to getting Drew's book ready for him in the next few months, has been the "mars colony" project (as requested earlier). I've done several buildings but didn't see it going full modular, but rather as a playset of set contained elements (like the western lot). Perhaps this would be a good thing for me to incorporate. I could do a shuttle type ship. Say based around a building sized core (cockpitt, storage, and engine areas over a roughtly 8 by 6 inch area ?). It that about the size your looking for. If I get this working, a smaller say 4 by 3 or 5 by 4 inch shuttle would probably be easy after texture elements are laid out.

Any particular looks you hoping for.

A shuttle sized ship like the one you describe would be a good starting point. If it's not appropriate for a solo release it could easily be an element of the colony you mentioned. And the size you describe sounds to me not too dissimilar to the Star Trek TOS shuttles.
What I'd like to see (and again, this is simply what I want, I concede it may not be at all practical) is something Millennium Falcon-ish. A ship with a small crew but enough passenger space for a typical RPG party.
